LIFE IS BUSY FOR MUSIC IS L.I.F.E. CHAPTER
Music is L.I.F.E. sponsored by Evola Music in Shelby Twp, MI, had their October calendar filled with wonderful projects states Eva Tedsen, Reporter. They have been collecting school supplies for needy students in Macomb County, and sending greeting cards to Veterans in John Dingell Veterans Hospital in Detroit, MI, honoring them on Veterans Day.
Performing at Bortz Health Care has almost become a command performance. "Residents wish we could spend all our days with them just playing the organ and interacting with them. It is always a rewarding experience for us to share our music making with them."
Following the business portion of the October Chapter meeting, Halloween costumes were donned to enjoy an afternoon of fun, food and music at the store. The potluck luncheon, entertainment and Friends Playing for Friends was a great success and enjoyed by all.
